Position Overview The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy services, and documenting care in accordance with each student's educational and therapeutic needs. Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy services to students Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in student meetings and support planning Requirements ? Current Occupational Therapist License in the State of Texas ? One year of professional OT experience preferred ? Compliance with all professional standards of practice ? Current CPR certification (if applicable) ? Current TB screening, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable) ? Current health certificate (per state or contract requirements) ? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements ?
