Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy - Therapy/Dietary professional to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams. Document patient progress accurately using the EPIC charting system. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety of therapy and dietary workspaces. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development activities. Implement evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field. Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Texas. BLS Certification required. Familiarity with EPIC charting system is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment. Excellent communication and patient care skills.
