We are seeking a full time, experienced Account Liaison who will play a key role in the providing outreach for RT/DME, Nutrition, and Infusion service lines. Position: Account Liaison Location: Houston, TX Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p POSITION DETAILS The Account Liaison will act as the intermediary between PHS and the assigned healthcare professionals (HCPs) and others in the marketplace with the goal of streamlining operations, resolving issues, improving communications, and generally ensuring that the relationship is as beneficial as possible. Maintains strong business relationships with referral sources at hospitals and clinics and acts as a positive representation of PHS to the community. Collaborate and carry forward the strategic growth direction outlined by market outreach to maximize growth within assigned facilities. Assists with the coordination of patient services and admission of patient care in assigned facilities. Seeks marketing opportunities for medical supply products, developing and cultivating relationships with numerous types of facilities and their staffs, and working with facility staffs to provide and deliver ordered supplies to the patients� homes. Proactively resolves conflict and addresses issues that could occur between PHS and hospital/clinics. Understands and embodies our core mission principles of patient focus, teamwork, continual improvement, enhanced communication, advanced technology and providing exceptional care so that our pediatric patients can live their best life at home. Serves as a point of contact and liaison between internal customers and Health Care Professionals, assisting with needs such as facilitating communication and following up on patient documentation. Represents PHS at conferences, galas, and other events to promote and grow product and service offerings. Maintains an awareness of emerging needs and trends in the healthcare community and PHS patient population, advising management and facilitating development of new services, products and/or solutions . Compiles, maintains, analyzes, and presents market research, sales-related data and patient demographics to measure and forecast personal and company growth and performance. Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and execute outreach goals, utilize established marketing and promotional materials with service line messaging to grow referral and patient admissions to PHS. Lead tours and gives presentations to health care professionals for them to better understand the patient population. Account Liaison may assist with equipment setups as necessary. If clinical, may also perform clinical functions as necessary for patient admissions and patient management. Infection control protocols are more rigorous than in hotels or commercial cleaning, especially during flu season or respiratory illness outbreaks.

Maintenance staff handle a daily work order queue — everything from changing light bulbs and fixing call buttons to HVAC maintenance and plumbing repairs. Life-safety equipment checks (fire extinguishers, exit lighting, generator testing) happen on set schedules. Activities professionals plan and lead group programming — exercise classes, crafts, music sessions, outings — and also provide one-on-one engagement for residents who cannot participate in group settings. Social workers manage care conferences, discharge planning, family mediation, and community resource referrals. Across all these roles, the common thread is that you become a familiar, trusted presence in residents' daily lives.
