As a VITAS Hospice Admissions Nurse, you’ll be the compassionate bridge between hospital or community care and the comfort of hospice. You’ll guide patients and families through one of life’s most important transitions with clarity, empathy, and confidence. This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. Depending on the facility, you may also handle admissions paperwork, manage wound care, supervise medication techs, and respond to emergencies.
