This role emphasizes clinical excellence, family-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and data-driven treatment planning to support optimal patient outcomes. Essential Responsibilities Clinical Excellence Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Utilize evidence-based behavioral interventions consistent with BACB standards and best practices. Analyze behavioral data and modify treatment plans based on measurable outcomes. Integrate developmental, behavioral, and medical considerations into treatment planning. Create and maintain behavioral treatment goals within interdisciplinary treatment plans. Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches to care. Maintain current knowledge of emerging research and advancements in behavior analysis. Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavioral support staff. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and other clinical team members. Participate in treatment team meetings and care planning discussions. Collaborate with families and caregivers to support successful transitions and continuity of care.
