What You'll Do As a Caregiver / CNA at Lanorah's Personal Care, you’ll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior to ensure their well-being. Providing companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their comfort and happiness. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties. Following care plans and working closely with the team to meet each client’s unique needs. What We're Looking For We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled professional who meets the following qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and their families. A caring and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
