At Your Side Home Care Services- Willowbrook - Caregiver Pay Range: $12.50 – $15.00 per hour Job Type: Location: Northwest Houston, TX About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team immediately in Northwest Houston. You will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Areas that we service: Cypress, Tomball, Jersey Village, Willowbrook, Champion Forest, Spring, Klein Cy-Fair & surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Transportation: Provide safe transport for clients to medical appointments, grocery store runs, errands, and lunch pickups. Daily Support: Assist with all ADL's (activities of daily living), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing & personal care, and errands. Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversation and activities to support emotional well-being. Communication: Provide regular updates on the client’s status and well-being. Requirements (Must Have) Experience: At least 1 year of caregiver experience (personal/private, in home care or a facility setting). Transportation: Must have your own personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license. Insurance: Proof of active auto insurance is required (transportation is a primary duty). Background: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen. Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of being on time. Current CPR/First Aid certification Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have but not required) Bilingual: Spanish speaking is a significant plus. CNA or HHA certification. Throughout the shift, you will assist with meals, escort residents to activities, monitor for changes in behavior or health, and document everything in the care log. Vital signs checks happen at regular intervals, and you will be the first person to notice if something seems off with a resident.

The team dynamic is close-knit. You will work alongside other aides, report to the charge nurse, and communicate with families who visit. In memory care units, redirection and engagement activities are a big part of the role — keeping residents calm, oriented, and socially active. The work is physically and emotionally demanding, but many aides describe deep bonds with the residents they care for and a sense of purpose that keeps them in the field long-term.
