At Always Best Care, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals needing support with daily living activities. We take pride in offering care that emphasizes personal dignity, safety, and emotional well-being. As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our team and are urgently hiring a dedicated Caregiver or CNA to assist a client in Pearland, TX . This position offers flexible scheduling with both short and extended day shifts , typically within the hours of 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM . We are seeking caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional one-on-one care. Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Pearland, TX) Shifts Available: Flexible Day Shifts (Short & Long Shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) Responsibilities: Run errands and provide transportation or assistance as directed. Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living support as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities. Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean and healthy environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care. Requirements: Prior experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required. Ability to pass a background check and reference check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and compassion toward elderly clients. Must be comfortable around dogs (client has pets in the home). Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
