Job Description
CareNow is seeking an enthusiastic Center Manager to lead clinic operations and drive performance goals. This incentive-eligible position offers the opportunity to manage a team within a leading healthcare organization devoted to community service.
What You'll Do- Interview, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff members
- Develop and execute clinic goals and objectives supporting overall operations
- Monitor patient flow, reduce wait times, and ensure quality care delivery
- Manage team performance, provide feedback, and identify promotional candidates
- Ensure cash management procedures and compliance measures are met
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
- 3 years of experience in a medical office setting required
- 1 year of staff supervision experience helpful; clinical license beneficial
- BLS Certification required within 30 days of start
- Flexibility for 7-day clinic operations and ability to float to other locations
