As a Client Relation Executive I with Post Health Home Care and Hospice , you will serve as a field-based business development representative, helping to maintain and grow current market share and identify new sources of business. S ales experience preferred, preferably in a health care/medical field Other responsibilities include: Identifies and qualifies health care relationships within regional territory with a focus on skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, community based residential facilities, physicians and other health care providers and hospital systems. Assists with educating the community about services. Develops and maintains relationships with key customer sources through regular contact and follow-up procedures. Acts as the key contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution. Develops and maintains accurate data on customer relationships within RSL on each key referral source, to provide client information needed to build strong ties and deliver customer satisfaction. Communicates to branch(es) on a daily basis to give and receive vital client and patient information. Must meet or exceed established monthly admission targets as provided by their supervisor and determined by the branch’s monthly budget. Assists with unbilled revenue and Face to Face as requested by branch leadership. Follows referral of a patient to the organization, assists facility discharge coordinators in coordinating care quality home care services for clients. High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree, clinical license, or experience as a Care Transition Nurse preferred. Minimum of one year of related sales experience preferred, preferably in a health care/medical field. Excellent sales, customer service and persuasive abilities; ability to build trusting relationships and gain commitment for referrals. Valid Driver’s license is required. Compliant with appropriate state certification/registration and organizational requirements as necessary. Infection control protocols are more rigorous than in hotels or commercial cleaning, especially during flu season or respiratory illness outbreaks.

Maintenance staff handle a daily work order queue — everything from changing light bulbs and fixing call buttons to HVAC maintenance and plumbing repairs. Life-safety equipment checks (fire extinguishers, exit lighting, generator testing) happen on set schedules. Activities professionals plan and lead group programming — exercise classes, crafts, music sessions, outings — and also provide one-on-one engagement for residents who cannot participate in group settings. Social workers manage care conferences, discharge planning, family mediation, and community resource referrals. Across all these roles, the common thread is that you become a familiar, trusted presence in residents' daily lives.
