Job Description

HCA Healthcare seeks a Director of Emergency Services to lead clinical excellence and operational oversight. This incentive-eligible executive role offers leadership of a high-performing emergency department team within a 445-bed acute care hospital.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee emergency department operations, staffing, budgeting, and patient flow coordination
  • Implement evidence-based practices to advance patient safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance
  • Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and develop nursing standards ensuring patient-centered care

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years applicable healthcare leadership experience required
  • 5 years applicable experience preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements
