JOB DESCRIPTION: The individual in this position assists the RN/Case Manager by providing general personal care to all assigned patients. The incumbent interacts with the patient and family to provide for the patient's needs and to promote safety and well-being. In addition, the incumbent works cooperatively with other members of the health care team.
