Job description Job Description Job Summary Nurturing Home Healthcare Agency is looking for Physical Therapists with a minimum of one year experience to provide assessment, evaluation, and physical therapy for clients. Qualified care providers must possess critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, assess, and implement physical therapy needs as appropriate including development of Plan of Care treatments and goals Work with client and client's family members to achieve maximum physical recovery Identify and secure necessary support personnel, supplies and equipment Perform client visits as directed in Plan of Care Instruct and supervise clients and other health care personnel including Physical Therapy Assistants BENEFITS : Flexible and friendly staff ready to help you get the assignments that you want We also work with you on the location(s) you prefer. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education/Experience: Graduate of a Master's or higher degree in physical therapy from an institution approved by the Educational Section of the American Physical Therapy Association Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in state where therapist practices. A minimum of one year’s experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist in a supervised setting within the past three (3) years. Job Types: Part-time, Contract Salary: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Ability to commute/relocate: Houston and surrounding areas License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required) CPR Certification (Required) Work Location: One location

For housekeeping roles, the day follows a room-by-room schedule — cleaning resident rooms, sanitizing common areas, managing laundry, and responding to spill or accident cleanups as they happen. Infection control protocols are more rigorous than in hotels or commercial cleaning, especially during flu season or respiratory illness outbreaks.

Maintenance staff handle a daily work order queue — everything from changing light bulbs and fixing call buttons to HVAC maintenance and plumbing repairs. Life-safety equipment checks (fire extinguishers, exit lighting, generator testing) happen on set schedules. Activities professionals plan and lead group programming — exercise classes, crafts, music sessions, outings — and also provide one-on-one engagement for residents who cannot participate in group settings. Social workers manage care conferences, discharge planning, family mediation, and community resource referrals. Across all these roles, the common thread is that you become a familiar, trusted presence in residents' daily lives.
