SYNERGY HomeCare - Experienced Caregiver (Full-Time & Part-Time) Location: Humble and Surrounding Areas Schedule: All Shifts Available (Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends) Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Join Our Team of Compassionate Caregivers We are seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care services to clients throughout Humble and surrounding areas. Our caregivers play a vital role in supporting seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities while providing companionship and comfort in the place they call home. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide medication reminders Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors and family members Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of professional caregiving experience Experience caring for seniors, individuals with disabilities, or clients with chronic conditions especially Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to client care Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to pass background screening and any required employment verification What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Demonstrates genuine compassion and empathy Is dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Takes pride in providing high-quality care Builds meaningful relationships with clients and families Maintains professionalism in all situations Is flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts Benefits Competitive pay - $13.00/hr Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities All shifts available Supportive team environment Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others Apply Today!
