As an LVN on our IPU team, you’ll provide hands-on bedside care, monitor symptoms closely, and perform other duties needed that fall within your scope, while being a gentle support to families who need both guidance and reassurance. Currently licensed as an L.V.N. in the State of Texas. One year of experience as an L.V.N. Skilled in nursing practices with Home health, hospice, or oncology experience preferred. Current certification in basic life support. Ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerant of individual lifestyles. Good organizational skills are required to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Effective interpersonal skills.
