Our company takes a team care approach in providing psychiatric and psychotherapy services to patients that reside in nursing home facilities. We are currently seeking an LCSW with experience providing psychotherapy services to become part of our outstanding team. About Us: Senior Psych Care (SPC) provides fully integrative behavioral health services to individuals in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities across Texas. Intake procedures involve evaluation and treatment planning. What Makes Us Different: Our teams are highly specialized, with Board Certified Geriatric Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). SPC practices continuity of care, rather than a triage approach. We also offer telehealth services when appropriate. SPC providers largely work in the field, rather than an office setting, therefore you have the flexibility to mold your schedule to best fit your lifestyle. Full and Part Time positions available. Regional Managers are accessible 24/7, so you are not on call. Infection control protocols are more rigorous than in hotels or commercial cleaning, especially during flu season or respiratory illness outbreaks.

Maintenance staff handle a daily work order queue — everything from changing light bulbs and fixing call buttons to HVAC maintenance and plumbing repairs. Life-safety equipment checks (fire extinguishers, exit lighting, generator testing) happen on set schedules. Activities professionals plan and lead group programming — exercise classes, crafts, music sessions, outings — and also provide one-on-one engagement for residents who cannot participate in group settings. Social workers manage care conferences, discharge planning, family mediation, and community resource referrals.
