Description Healix Infusion Therapy is seeking a full-time Medical Administrative Assistant to work alongside our nursing and team in a Rheumatology physicians practice setting in Houston, TX! SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting patients and their caregivers during each visit to the clinic for infusion therapy treatments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MA who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs Calling patients back for appointments and follow-up Assisting clinical staff as needed Ordering supplies and helping maintain inventory General clinic workflow support CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following basic performance factors all Healix, Inc. employees are expected to meet.
