Description Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN | Houston, TX PIVOT Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN home health occupational therapist job providing in-home occupational therapy services to adult and senior patients in Houston, TX. Job Responsibilities Perform home health occupational therapy evaluations Develop and update individualized Plans of Care (POC) Provide skilled home health occupational therapy for orthopedic, neurological, cognitive, and post-surgical conditions Address ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, strength, balance, and functional mobility Implement interventions for fall prevention, home safety, and environmental modifications Train patients and caregivers in adaptive equipment and durable medical equipment (DME) Fabricate splints and recommend assistive devices as appropriate Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Supervise COTAs and home health aides, as applicable Follow all home health regulations, infection control, and safety standards This PRN Home Health Occupational Therapist job in Houston, TX offers flexibility and strong clinical autonomy.
