What You'll Do
- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, promptly identifying status changes
- Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers with thorough documentation
- Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic response and adverse reactions
- Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipate and resolve patient needs
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and medications
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months of employment start date
