What You’ll Do: As a private duty nurse on our home health team, you’ll care for medically complex patients, primarily children , where they are most comfortable, at home. Provide personalized nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients with complex needs Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists, and other team members Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed Educate and support families with in-home care techniques Document visits and care notes in our easy-to-use EMR (electronic charting system) Collaborate with your clinical supervisor and participate in case conferences Be a trusted part of a long-term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity What You Bring: Active RN license CPR certification Clinical experience preferred—but we welcome passionate new grads, too Excellent communication and critical thinking skills A love for patient-centered care, especially in a home environment Confidence, compassion, and a calm presence during both routine care and critical moments Why Team Select is a Great Place to Work?
