Provide nutritional support by assisting with feeding and ensuring patients receive proper hydration. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients by following infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient status, concerns, and changes in condition. Assist with basic medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations.
