One of Texas most highly respected senior living communities is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join their leadership team. We’re looking for a Director of Nursing with proven leadership experience in senior living or hospital settings who is ready to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all operations of the Nursing Department Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal standards Promote a healthy physical, social, and psychological environment for residents Anticipate and proactively respond to resident and staff needs Provide oversight and guidance on clinical practices and staff training Foster a culture of continuous development and high-quality care Requirements: Current RN license in good standing 5–7 years of nursing experience in long-term care 5 years of management/supervisory experience Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations Strong leadership and goal-setting abilities Skilled in coaching and developing high-performing teams Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manages subordinate supervisors and their teams within the Health Center Responsible for hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Ensures department operations comply with organizational policies and applicable laws Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required Deep understanding of geriatric care, chronic medical conditions, rehabilitation, and independence promotion Benefits: Retirement plan with employer match Career scholarships & continuing education support Generous PTO and paid holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Leadership development programs and quality training If you’re ready to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact in senior care, we’d love to connect with you.
