We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Quality Assurance (QA) LVN Nurse position in the Houston area. Job Description: A Quality Assurance LPN/LVN is responsible for assuring quality control of all health services provided by the Agency and for reviewing documentation for compliance and appropriateness of care. Qualifications: Must have an associate degree (A.A.), or equivalent from a two (2) year college. Must have at least one year’s experience in hospice, home health or a related field. Must have a current State LPN or LVN license. Must be able to speak and write effectively. Must work well with other disciplines to coordinate patient care. Must be able to prepare forms for pre and post payment audits.
