Job Description
Aspire Fertility Houston seeks a caring, compassionate LVN or RN with exceptional attention to detail for their Willowbrook office. You'll coordinate infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans while providing compassionate patient care in a high-volume practice.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians
- Perform routine examinations, procedures, phlebotomy, and administer medications
- Provide telephone triage regarding medications, treatment plans, and test results
- Support patients through ovulation induction, egg freezing, IVF, and oocyte donation
- Counsel patients on infertility treatment protocols and communicate physician orders
Requirements
- LVN or RN license valid in Texas from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1-2 years of medical experience required
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance
- Strong charting, documentation, and ability to remain calm under stress
