Position: Occupational Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist Location: 605 Rockmead Suite 200, Kingwood Tx 77339 Schedule: Monday Through Friday Compensation: $85,000 to $120,000 based on years of experience Incentives: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and Unlimited Student Debt Relief Select Physical Therapy is seeking someone who is sitting for their CHT within a year or a current CHT Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We h ave a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT. Infection control protocols are more rigorous than in hotels or commercial cleaning, especially during flu season or respiratory illness outbreaks.

Maintenance staff handle a daily work order queue — everything from changing light bulbs and fixing call buttons to HVAC maintenance and plumbing repairs. Life-safety equipment checks (fire extinguishers, exit lighting, generator testing) happen on set schedules. Activities professionals plan and lead group programming — exercise classes, crafts, music sessions, outings — and also provide one-on-one engagement for residents who cannot participate in group settings. Social workers manage care conferences, discharge planning, family mediation, and community resource referrals. Across all these roles, the common thread is that you become a familiar, trusted presence in residents' daily lives.
