Job Description
As a Registered Nurse FSED Jersey Village, you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our 350-bed hospital. Your voice will be valued and empowered to influence patient care decisions through collaborative relationships and formal hospital initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Assess patient pain regularly and reassess after interventions to promote effective pain management.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, and functions as ordered by medical providers.
- Document care administration in patient medical records in timely and thorough manner.
- Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipate and resolve patient needs.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- 1 year of applicable nursing experience required.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in applicable state(s).
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Depending on the facility, you may also handle admissions paperwork, manage wound care, supervise medication techs, and respond to emergencies.
